Our BSM may be a software product, but it’s designed for simple setup and day-to-day usability. It operates on your bank’s existing Windows PCs, providing a clean, intuitive, easy-to-navigate graphical interface for managing your in-house sweep allocations and notifications.
BSM is a complete turnkey solution that includes: the Allocation/Notification software, a Corporate Sweep Agreement, Retail Sweep Agreement, Custodial Agreement, Target Balance Analysis spreadsheet, marketing examples, and a complete operations manual.
No special integration or programming is needed to connect BSM to your core banking systems. Instead, you import data from simple comma delimited files into the product each day, and then it just takes minutes to manage your sweeps. Behind the scenes, BSM handles all the math calculations and allocations, in a matter of seconds.
The notification feature automatically generates Repurchase Agreement PDF documents and emails them to your client using secure, 128-bit encryption. In addition, BSM stores your activity and reports for easy, reliable tracking, and auditing.
