Installation
The entire software and documentation is shipped to you overnight. Once received, installation and training can be scheduled with one our technicians to insure ease of installation and operation. It does not require any electronic integration with your banking systems -- your account data is simply uploaded daily from a comma delimited file.
Training & Customer Support
When you purchase BSM, your monthly maintenance fees includes continuous technical support, training support, regulatory support, and upgrades to the software and documents.
